How to Install Google Play Store on a PC using BlueStacks Emulator

1. Visit the official website of BlueStacks from any browser of your choice.

2. Click the See All Versions option to download based on your device specification.

How to Install Google Play Store on Windows 11 Using Github Repository

Requirements

  • Memory – SSD with at least 8GB RAM
  • Version – 64-bit
  • Processor – ARM-based

Prerequisite

Enable virtualization by heading to Control Panel ProgramsWindows Features → Tick the box next to Virtual Machine Platform and Windows Hypervisor Platform and Click OK.

Also, if you have already installed Windows Subsystem for Android (WSA) you’ll need to uninstall it. Open SettingApps Apps & Features and search for WSA. If you don’t see any results, it is not installed.

Once the prerequisites are done, proceed with the instructions below.

1. Go to SettingsPrivacy & Security For Developers.

2. In Developer Mode, toggle the Install apps from any sources and click Yes to confirm.

3. Open the Microsoft Store and search for Windows Subsystem for Linux, click the Install option to download.

4. Also, search for Ubuntu and download it on your PC.

5. After the installation process, right-click on the Ubuntu Software and select Run as administrator.

6. In the Ubuntu terminal. create your username and password.

7. Now, go to the MagiskOnWSALocal page on GitHub.

8. Hit the Code option and copy the URL that appears in the HTTPS field.

9. Now, open the Ubuntu terminal and type the following command with the link you have copied previously: git clone https://github.com/LSPosed/MagiskOnWSALocal.git and press Enter.

10. Also, type cd MagiskOnWSALocal and cd scripts one after another.

11. You have to run the script from the GitHub. So simply run this command ./run.sh in the terminal.

12. Enter the password which you created on the Ubuntu terminal.

13. The Google Play Store and Windows Subsystem for Android will be downloaded and a command line installer will open up.

14. Now, select the x64 option. If your PC has an ARM processor, choose the arm64 option instead.

15. Choose retail on the WSA release type screen and press OK.

16. When asked to root WSA, choose NO.

17. Furthermore, choose Yes on the Install GApps screen.

17. Now the installer will ask you whether you want to keep the Amazon Appstore. Click YES or NO, depending on your preference.

18. Finally, choose No for the prompt “Do you want to compress output?

19. The custom Windows Subsystem for Android will start generating. So, wait for the download process to complete.

20. Once downloaded, go to File Explorer and click on the Linux\Ubuntu folder where MagiskOnWSA is installed.

21. Open the MagiskOnWSALocal folder → OutputWSA_2302.40000.9.0_x64_Release-Nightly-MindTheGapps-13.0-RemovedAmazon ( if you have removed the Amazon app).

22. Copy all the files, navigate to C:\ drive and create a folder called WSA to paste the copied files.

23. Now, go to Settings and enable the Developer Mode option.

23. Open the Command Prompt of Windows 11 and type cd C:\WSA.

24. Also type the following command PowerShell.exe -ExecutionPolicy Bypass -File .\Install.ps1.

25. This starts installing the modified Windows subsystem for Android with Google Play Store support.

26. Click Continue to Sign in to your Google Play Store Account.
